If you wanted to know our favourite restaurants - they are La Finca closely followed by La Cala and Asia, Los Molinos Restaurant, Luigis and of course Amapola - don't miss them. A new Indian Restaurant has opened in La Manga Club. Situated in the same space that was occupied by the India Restaurant, Dharma employs the skills of expert chefs to offer the wonderful tastes of the East. They were open in Summer 2011 from Wednesday to Sunday 19.00 to 23.50.
La Manga Club is an excellent base to explore the south east of Spain and La Manga Culture and Art. Murcia and the region to the North La Mancha were made famous by Cervantes' Don Quixote and some fine windmills remain in Murcia. The local towns offer an insight to Spanish life and offer some fine restaurants to tempt you away from La Manga Club.
The city of Cartagena is only half an hour away with fine shops and a beautifully restored Roman Theatre. Murcia City is also worth a visit. They have an extensive pedestrian system in the old town and many and varied shops. Murcia also has three Art Galleries. For the adventurous the wonders of Alhambra beckon beside the beautiful city of Granada. It does need an overnight stay but is well worth the visit - truly a Wonder of the World.

When you are finished what can be a hectic day of sport, touring, shopping and eating out you can return to your villa. Many of them enjoy spectacular views over the Golf Courses, Mar Menor and La Manga Strip. With the minimum temperature in the Summer well into the mid 20's you can enjoy a late night drink gazing at the twinkling lights of la Manga Club and La Manga.
