We used it to get directions from Santander to La Manga a drive of 938 Km but with a lot of motorway on the route. It looks possible - maybe in the future

Directions to la Manga Club are straight forward. When you fly to La Manga Club you will arrive into San Javier or Alicante Airport. San Javier Airport is only some 20 minutes from La Manga Club while you need to allow over an hour to drive from Alicante.
From San Javier Airport take directions to Cartagena. Then take the AP-7 motorway south with directions to La Manga. After about 12km take the MU-312 directions to La Manga. When you pass two petrol stations on either side of the road take the next right hand turn signposted Los Belones, Portman and Campo de Golf. At the roundabout follow signs to Portman Campo de Golf then follow signs into La Manga Club.
Take care on the AP-7 – MU322 junction. Cars are joining at an oblique angled junction.
From Alicante Airport turn left and take the E15/A70 with directions to Murcia. Take the junction for the AP7 to Torrevieja and Cartagena. After 76 kms take the MU312 as above. There iare two tolls on the AP7 motorway of Eur1.90 each.
