A visit to El Corte Ingles in Cartagena will show you some elegant lounge and bedroom plans all laid out for you. Any of the furniture shops in La Manga will help you there. Also you can browse through the pictures of villas on this site or on other letting sites to get some ideas. Estate agents such as Marena Murray will also have great ideas about improvements to your La Manga Villa so discuss it with her.
Kitchen and Bathrooms: Kitchen fitting in la Manga is more of a cottage industry with small manufacturers prepared to put a flatpack purchase together for you or build one from scratch. Again viva-murcia has listings. Works Direct fitted kitchens for some of us.

We have had difficulty with plumbers here not knowing the basics and we had to have lessons from our favourite Ferrateria to fix some basic connections under the sink. There are some new supercool connections being sold in the UK that connect different types of pipes. It worth taking these out your self for the small jobs. Working with your manager on the selection of a good plumber is essential with villas left unattended for many months a year.
