La Manga Fitness Clubs offer dedicated fitness areas with the latest equipment. The fitness centres at the Tennis Centre and the Spa are the perfect place to reach the peak of fitness. Each centre also has personal trainers on hand and sports doctors and therapist to keep you moving.
Every conceivable equipment seems to be provided at each centre. There are of course plenty of running machines, cycling machines, rowing machines and cross trainers. There are then the weights machines with specialist machines for all the key parts of the body. In The Spa Gym there are also loose weights. The Spa Gym provides space for floor training with a large ball and other equipment.
Another thing thats great about la Manga Club is the backup you get and the really cool environment. The great showers, fluffy towels and good soaps help a lot. It also the fact that after a hard workout you can have a swim, loll in a sauna or in the health pools or just laze on a sunbed beside the swimming pools.

1. The training room where la Manga club has everything you need to give every muscle in your body a big workout.
2. The pool downstairs is fantastic and there is an area beside the pool full of loungers where you can wrap yourself in warm towels after a workout - perfect
3. The jacussi room where there is a steam room and three pools with various jets of water to give your whole body a workout.
4. The treatment rooms are sensational. It does cost a bit but my wife has had fantastic massage treatments at the Spa. I have games of golf and she has the massage it would be great to be able to afford both
