Kitesurfing in la Manga is one of the really great thrills today giving you the chance to soar over the waves pulled by the wind. Sadly I think that I am a bit old to try it but from what I've see in the UK it is fantastic.

There is what looks like a cool centre for the sport near where we live in North Wales. You could use our cottage in North Wales (contact the administrator) as a Base and travel for lessons over to Aberdovey. Then why not use one of our villas in La Manga and test your skills in the Med

La Manga wind is perfect for the watersports enthusiast - for some reason most days there is a good breeze on the Mar Menor and of course its great for sailing out in the Mediterranean - If you can get someone to charter you a boat. You can in fact charter a large boat with skipper for 11 people from Charter Muffy.
