Indian Restaurants in la Manga

indian restaurants in la mangaIndian Restaurants in La Manga Club: With many British visitors to la Manga Club and the whole la Manga Region, it would be amazing if you could not find a good choice of Indian restaurants. The problems with Indian restaurants in general and certainly many in the UK is the practice of making a few basic sauces and then manipulating the taste depending on which dish is ordered and the use of MSG. When you taste real Indian food which is cooked freshly every day to different receipies the difference is enormous. I have only found a few of those in my life The Blue Elephant in Paris, The Bombay Clipper on the Thames near Tower Bridge and its sister restaurant in Town.

India at La Manga Club was one of those and we were devastated when they closed it. Now we may have something to celebrate with the opening of Dharma. The poster claims expert chefs and the menu is impressive. It has devised a tasing menus which is something to look forward to.

We can also help you find great value flights and car hire with ebooker

Or Travel Insurance with Flexicover

What about the other la Manga Indian restaurants? Since the closure of India a year or so ago we have not ventured to the other ones. We hear different comments and we would love to have your reviews of your curries in la Manga. Just drop a line to the administrator or use the Blog on the right hand side. Our aim is to serve everyone who visits La Manga with accurate information and we do not aim to make a profit - all money raised will be reinvested in the site - please help us. Also if you find another la Manga Curry restaurant please let us know about it.

There are three to choose from

1. Paras is the longest established restaurant located in the middle of Los Belones.

2. The newly opened Dharma Restaurant in Las Lomas is also very good. Lets hope they keep it going.

3. The Asia Restaurant is mainly South East Asian focus but they do have good curries on the menu although the are Chinese or Thai in nature rather than Indian.

We finally got a chance to visit Dharma Restaurant in la Manga Club. It was great - very good indeed. In fact we went there two evenings. during a short one week stay. We met the head chef Vipin and his assistant and enjoyed ourselves very much.

Sadly we heard that Dharma will be closed for the winter, I don't think the Spanish owners of La Manga Club fully appreciate how much British visitors like Indian curries even when they are visiting Spain.

Nevertheless, well done La Manga Club for opening Dharma and employing such excellent Chefs.

Without Dharma we will need our own curry here is a video that will help

Or at least we need a good cook book
