Some villas in La Manga Club have already installed solar water heating on their roofs and many are considering solar power in la Manga given the amount of sunlight. Planning is not clear yet on the Club and local subsidies are not easy to get. Also if you are not there all year it can hardly be justified. There could also be a problem if you allow somone else to invest in solar panels on your roof when you come to sell. Who pays for sorting any problems out on the transfer. The price of Solar Power systems will fall dramatically and then La Manga Club could become an enormous electricity generating site. Have you any insight into how we should invest in Solar Power.
