Los Belones is the closest village to La Manga Club so there you will find the nearest Church. There is also a very large Catholic Church in Cabo de Palos beside the Harbour. It is very convenient for the market and the splendid seafood restaurants around the harbour.
I have not been able to identify a Jewish Service site or an Anglican on Line service. We very much want this page to provide details for services for every faith. The Church of England in la Manga uses a chapel in La Manga Club. There is a service every Sunday and Holy Communion once a month. There are other CofE Churches in Torrevieja
There is an Evangelical Church in la Manga Cartagena
There is also a Ukrainian Church in la Manga Torrevieja.
