A relaxing massage at the Spa may be all we need to unwind. Then we can build up our activity level slowly and enjoy being active in the sun without injury or aches and pains. It's hard to remember this though. I remember one holiday when I zoomed off down to the tennis court with number 2 son and spent the next three days hobbling around La Manga Club unable to do very much.
However, life is not always like that and we get an injury. I found the sports injury specialist at the tennis centre fantastic at fixing strains. He is one of the best osteopaths in la Manga. I have great faith anyway in osteopathy as a cure for lots of aches and pains that build up in my back.

If you really need specialist Chiropractors in la Manga there are many listed in Cartagena. I found one without any trouble. See the computers at the Telephone exchange for more listings. There is private health care in la Manga available from the Doctor in La Manga Club. You have to pay to see them but when you are in pain its great to be able to just turn up and have the services of a skilled doctor who speaks perfect English.
