Website: www.caravaning.es The site has direct access to the beach on the Mar Menor. there is a sailing school, an indoor swimming pool, a gym and sauna. A Childrens Club and an outdoor cinema are available in the peak season.

It seems some people like to go wild camping down the Mar Menor. We can't quite understand why someone would pay £50K plus on a motorhome and the look for places for wild camping in la Manga ie to park for nothing without electricity or any normal facilities. There are good reasons not to do that in La Manga. There is a large population of immigrants in La Manga. People migrating from Africa and Eastern Europe who even break into La Manga Club with all its security and terrorise people in their villas.  This is despite tough security.

Camping on the side of the road in a fancy van would be an ope invitation to get mugged - I would advise against it.

If you do want to go camping de la Manga Eurocamping does a good list of sites to stay at. There are a few sites for campings en la Manga listed here but not very many for the size of the territory. La Manga Camping would be quite tough I should think in the Summer when the air is quite humid at the low level of the Mar Menor.
