Petrol etc can be bought on La Manga Club at the garage right in the centre. When you are taking you rental car back to San Javier Airport you can fill up at the la Manga Garages a few miles from the club once you join the main road. The amount of fuel you use getting to the airport from there will not invalidate you full tank status. Petrol is much harder to find closer to the airport.
