There are other aspects of Buying in La Manga Club that you will have to consider. Schools is an issue if you intend to live in La Manga Club and have a family. When we first bought in La Manga Club there was an international primary school here which was great if you had young children. There are nurseries and other schools in La Manga and we will search for the addresses of international ones.
You may decide to keep a car in La Manga and those who live here certainly do. You will need off street parking if you intend to leave it when you return home. You will have to register it eventually and you will need maintenance, tyre sales in la Manga etc. We are collecting all this information.
