La Manga Club Boot Camp: We have been asked several times from visitors to our villas about the Boot Camp in la Manga Club. None of us have attended the course but we know people who have helped out at the camp. Basically some enterprising women got together and started a camp for girls who wanted to use the fantastic facilities at La Manga Club to get fit and shed some pounds.

It seems to have been a great success and is well thought of by many in the Club.

Part of the attraction is that the Girls hire a hunk from the Army and he puts them through some of the routines used to get Marines fit for battle.

Well its tough but not impossible for normally fit youngish women who have perhaps put on a few pounds over the winter
